Complimentary valet parking will be available in front of SFJAZZ Center for Gala dinner ticket holders only. Cars may be dropped off at SFJAZZ Center and picked up at City Hall at the end of the evening. SFJAZZ will provide busses for guests to get from the concert at SFJAZZ Center to dinner at City Hall. Please note: Valet parking is for Gala dinner attendees only.

Complimentary coat check will be available for everyone.
For gala dinner attendees: Your concert ticket(s) and table assignment will be held for pickup at our guest registration tables located in B-Side of SFJAZZ Center. Tickets will be available under the name of the table host or individual guest names. Please note: performance tickets will not be mailed in advance to Gala dinner buyers.

For concert-only attendees: You will receive an email from SFJAZZ by May 2 containing your concert ticket(s) as an electronic PDF. If you have not received an email with your concert ticket(s), please contact [email protected] in order to obtain your ticket(s) in advance of May 7. No additional action will be required upon entry to SFJAZZ Center; all tickets will be scanned upon entry into Miner Auditorium.
The SFJAZZ Center is fully accessible to all patrons. Kindly inform us in advance of any ADA-related needs or accommodations for the concert at [email protected].

Dinner entry via Polk Street or Van Ness Avenue

Doors for dinner will open at 7:30 PM. Guests will need to show their table ticket card received in your registration packet upon entry to City Hall.

All guests must pass through City Hall security, including a metal detector and bag check. You may not bring certain items or perform certain activities inside of City Hall. See the list of prohibited items here. Please allow time for City Hall security protocols.
City Hall wheelchair-accessible entrances are located on Van Ness Avenue and Grove Street. Accessible restrooms and elevators are available on every floor. Kindly inform us in advance of any ADA-related needs or accommodations at [email protected].

After Party check-in will begin for those who did not attend dinner at 9:45 PM at the Polk Street entrance only; doors will open at 10 PM. SFJAZZ security will be checking in all guests at the door under the name of the ticket holder – no tickets will be mailed or printed in advance. At check-in, guests will be given a wristband for entry.

Taxi and rideshare services are recommended. City Hall is also a short walk from the Civic Center BART and MUNI stations as well as the Van Ness MUNI station.
